Eric Rivas

Eric Rivas is a skilled Software Engineer with experience in optimizing front-end efficiency, backend development, and machine learning. Currently, at 90METER INC. since June 2023, Eric has implemented advanced JavaScript techniques, developed a secure Django Restful API server using Python, and collaborated in testing enterprise middleware solutions. Prior experience includes contributing to an object detection project for Unmanned Ground Vehicles at Northrop Grumman, where Eric utilized machine learning algorithms to enhance performance and facilitate autonomous navigation. Earlier, at Google, Eric created a web application focused on outdoor enthusiasts and gained hands-on experience in open-source contributions and distributed development. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in June 2023.
