Swapna Shephalika

Swapna Shephalika has over 10 years of work experience in project management and coordination. Swapna started their career in 2010 as a Trainee at Architect Chandragupta Shah and Associates, where they worked on projects including refurbishment of the Dorabjee Mall at MG Road, Pune. In 2012, they joined Lunkad Realty as a Management Trainee in the Project Planning Team. In 2013, they moved to JLL as an Assistant Manager. In 2016, they joined Knight Frank India as a Business Coordination Manager in Industrial & Asset Services, where they were responsible for identifying demand and supply groups for land acquisition and warehouse leasing in the PAN India level. In 2018, they joined JLL India as a Senior Project Lead in APAC Coordination and Projects & Development Services, where they were responsible for delivery of Regional Expansion Projects and CAPEX projects across the APAC region, as well as implementing globally agreed sustainability programmes. Currently, they are a Client Success Manager (Senior Project Manager) at 91Squarefeet (YC W22).

Swapna Shephalika completed their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) at Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Hingna Road from 2006 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Madnawati Public School - India from 1992 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science. In 2011, they attained a PG in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management from NICMAR University.
