Lyndi Bruellman

Lyndi Bruellman has worked in a variety of roles in the food and hospitality industry since 2006. Lyndi began their career as a Director for Eurest Services, where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for four locations and three shifts. Lyndi then moved on to Logan's Roadhouse, where they held the roles of Regional Training Manager/Regional Manager and General Manager. In 2013, they were recruited to Old Chicago Restaurants as a Regional Director for Franchise & New Restaurant Openings. Lyndi then went on to work as a General Manager for O'Charley's, followed by a role as Director of Food and Nutrition Services for Systems Implementation Team at TouchPoint Support Services. In 2017, they became General Manager of a 44,000 sq ft entertainment venue at Dave & Buster's Inc. Lyndi then moved on to Interlink Cloud Advisors as HR Manager in 2021, followed by a role as Chief Operational Officer, Business Partner at simply. Her current role is Vice President & Operating Partner at 98 Buck Social, which they have held since 2022.

Lyndi Bruellman graduated from the University of Sioux Falls in 2003 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing. Lyndi also obtained an Associate's Degree from Southeast Tech in Accounting. In 2016, they obtained a ServSafe certification from ServSafe Certified.
