Cami Blumenthal has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Cami is currently the VP of People and Culture at 98point6 Inc., where they oversee the company's HR and culture initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Business Partner at the same company. Before joining 98point6 Inc., Cami worked at BLUE ORIGIN as a Senior Strategic HRBP Leader, where they provided strategic business partnering to senior executives and developed talent and diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Cami also worked at Expedia Group as a Global Senior HRBP Manager, supporting senior executives and leading talent agenda for various departments. Additionally, Cami held roles at Nordstrom, including Corporate HR Leader and Senior HR Compliance Advisor/Consultant, where they provided strategic HR support, drove compliance initiatives, and developed learning tools and resources for management. Cami also served as the Corporate HR Compliance Manager at Nordstrom, overseeing HR compliance programs and policies company-wide.
