Vikram Balu

Vikram Balu has over 19 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Vikram is currently working at 98point6 Inc. as the Director of Process Engineering since April 2021. Prior to this, they were a Principal Process Engineer at the same company from August 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining 98point6 Inc., Vikram worked as the Manager Operational Excellence at thyssenkrupp Aerospace NA / TMX Aerospace from December 2017 to July 2019. Vikram also served as a Service Delivery Manager at Cognizant from May 2015 to April 2017, and as a Manager - Quality at Infosys from November 2010 to April 2015.

Earlier in their career, Vikram held positions such as Deputy Manager CSD at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd from April 2010 to October 2010, Manager - Quality at Sparsh BPO from January 2009 to April 2010, and AM-TQM at Scicom (MSC) Bhd from August 2006 to June 2008.

Vikram started their professional journey as a Quality Analyst at Reuters India Private Limited from April 2005 to February 2006, and later worked in the same role at IBM Global Services from March 2004 to April 2005. Vikram also gained experience as a Customer Service Associate at ICICI OneSource from June 2002 to March 2004.

Vikram Balu earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Poorna Prajna College, Mangalore University. Vikram attended the college from 1998 to 2001 and specialized in the field of Computer Science.
