José Maurício Orsolini Filho

José Maurício Orsolini Filho is the Executive Director and General Manager of Financial Services at 99. José has over eight years of experience in finance and strategy, with a focus on new business development. Prior to joining 99, José was the Financial Planning, Strategy and New Business Manager at Alpargatas S.A., where they were responsible for leading the company's financial planning process, conducting in-depth M&A analyses, and supporting Tier 1 Management with strategic consulting and implementation projects. José has also previously worked as the Country Manager in Brazil for DiDi, where they founded 99 Pay and Conta 99, and led a team of 50+ people.

José Maurício Orsolini Filho has a BSc in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Technical University of Munich, and a Post-graduation in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

José Maurício Orsolini Filho reports to Tony Qiu, CEO. They work with Priscilla Ferreira - Customer Experience Operations Director, Igor Soares - Head of Operations, New Business, and Leandro Germano - Head of Sales.
