Devon Wijesinghe

Devon Wijesinghe has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Devon started their career as an intern at IgniterSpace in December 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at 99X Technology and also started freelancing as a Software Developer. In 2019, Devon participated in the Google Summer of Code program as an intern and also served as a Google Code-In mentor. Devon continued their internship at 99X Technology until July 2019. In 2020, Devon joined Google Summer of Code again as an intern and later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer at 99x, where they currently work.

Devon Wijesinghe completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from the University of Westminster between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Lyceum International School Wattala from 2004 to 2016, where they studied science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2021 and the Google Mobile Sites Certification from Google in April 2018. Devon also participated in the IEEEXtreme 11.0 Programming Competition, organized by IEEE, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
