Sanjay Bariya is an experienced HR Manager with a robust background in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business needs. At 9series since June 2022, Sanjay has focused on growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. Previously, at Codal Inc., from November 2020 to January 2022, Sanjay enhanced employee engagement and retention by implementing HR strategies and a new HRMS. During a tenure at Sailfin Technologies from June 2011 to January 2020, Sanjay was pivotal in establishing development centers across India and managing relationships with notable clients like Genpact and Ernst & Young.
