Outi Kaivo-Oja

Outi Kaivo-oja is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic and operational human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of HR at Ahlström Capital since January 2019, Outi has previously held significant HR roles at Ahlström Konsernipalvelut Oy, A. Ahlström Kiinteistöt Oy, Fennia, and Nordea. With a career spanning over two decades, Outi's expertise encompasses HR administration, communication, and corporate client management. Outi holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Lapland and completed an Executive HR Program at the University of Helsinki.
