Kate Donoghue

Kate Donoghue has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kate currently holds the position of Director - Middle Office at A-CAP since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Walkers as an Assistant Vice President from September 2021 to November 2022, where they managed a high-volume portfolio of structured finance transactions and negotiated transaction documentation on behalf of client entities. Before Walkers, they held roles at Maples Group as a Senior Fiduciary from December 2019 to July 2021 and as a Fiduciary Administrator from May 2017 to December 2019. Kate also worked at Exergyn as an Investor Relations professional from June 2016 to May 2017, and at HUB International in Corporate Acquisitions from February 2015 to September 2015.

Kate Donoghue obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English from Knox College from 2008 to 2012. Kate then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) at University College Dublin from 2015 to 2016. In 2018 to 2019, they attended IOB to complete a Professional Diploma in Compliance, specialized in Compliance.
