We are a comprehensive care agency providing mental health and substance abuse services to adults, adolescents, and children in western North Carolina.

As a provider of mental health and developmental disability services, we have been in business since 2006. The Clinical Support Team at A Caring Alternative, LLC is responsible for providing comprehensive and personalized mental health and substance abuse services to individuals of all ages in western North Carolina. This multidisciplinary team includes peer support specialists, licensed social workers, intake coordinators, certified addiction counselors, nurses, and physicians. They work collaboratively to ensure timely and effective intervention, supporting clients through critical transitions, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life within the community.
