Maria Herz-Buth

Maria Herz-Buth, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at A Case for Women, the only women-owned and women-focused marketing organization in the legal industry, since May 2023. Prior to this role, Maria held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Verdant Specialty Solutions, where leadership focused on building HR infrastructure for a growing start-up with a global presence. Maria also served as Head of Human Capital at Cover Whale, developing its HR department from the ground up. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Pipeline Supply and Service, Director of Human Resources at Delta Rigging & Tools, and Human Resources Manager at Southwest Wire Rope LP, among others. Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, alongside additional educational qualifications from UCLA and Loyola Marymount University.
