Roma H.

Roma H. has extensive work experience in the cosmetics industry. Roma started their career at Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Brand Manager for Neutrogena from 2010 to 2012. Roma then joined Mana Products as a Senior Director of Operations from 2013 to 2020. In 2020, Roma held multiple roles including Consultant for Supply Chain Operations at Kevyn Aucoin, Eve Lom, and Lipstick Queen, Head of Operations at MERIT Beauty, and Senior Director of Operations at Versed. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at A-Frame Brands, Proudly Baby, and Loved01 Skin starting from 2022.

Roma H. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a B.A. degree in Math & Economics at Bryn Mawr College. They also obtained another B.A. degree in South Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Roma H. has acquired several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from edX in December 2020, Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in December 2019, Learning VBA in Excel from Lynda.com in June 2019, and Financial Modeling from The Marquee Group in February 2009.
