Steve Wood

Steve Wood has extensive experience in the field of IT infrastructure and architecture. Steve'smost recent position was as an Enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure Architect at A-Gas, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, Steve worked at 4waysolutions as a Senior Solution Architect for nearly six years. In this role, they collaborated with clients to design and implement new solutions, focusing on improving service delivery, security, business continuity planning, and financial savings. Before joining 4waysolutions, Steve held the position of System Integrity Manager at NHS Shared Business Services for 5 months. Steve also worked at African Minerals as an In Country IT Operations Manager and later as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Steve's earlier experience includes roles such as Network and Infrastructure Manager at Kirklees College, Senior Server and Storage Engineer at Huddersfield Technical College, Network Manager North of England at Halcrow, and Network Administrator at Keighley College.

Steve Wood attended Leeds College of Technology from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Computing. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Ilkley Grammar School from 1980 to 1983. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification from Amazon Web Services in September 2016. Steve also holds an AWS Architect certification from the same institution, although the specific date of certification is unknown.
