Nicki Jenkinson

Nicki Jenkinson has extensive experience in key account management and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Key Account Executive at AJW Group since January 2020, after previously holding the position of Account Executive. Prior to AJW Group, Nicki worked at Virgin Atlantic from August 2007 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team of 17 in customer relations administration, handling escalated complaints and compensation claims while ensuring compliance with various regulations, and performing various administrative duties within multiple departments. Nicki's career began at Unijet in 1991, providing organizational support to the Aviation Director before progressing through several roles at Virgin Atlantic, including Personal Assistant to the Marketing Director and in a floating PA position that offered exposure across various departments.
