Simona Roca is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in retail and logistics management. Since June 2018, Simona has served as the Director of Operations at A. Lange & Söhne, enhancing operational effectiveness across various sales channels and optimizing inventory allocation. Prior roles include Wholesale Operations Manager at IRO PARIS, where collaboration with wholesale and retail teams ensured efficient order processing and inventory management, and Logistics & Operations Manager at Kusmi Tea - Løv Organic, where supervision of inventory strategies and cross-functional communication drove customer satisfaction. Simona's career began in marketing at Kinstellar, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Bucharest.
