Alexandria Johnson

Alexandria Johnson has a total of 16 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Alexandria started their career as a Human Resources Intern at HUSCO International in 2006 and worked there for a year. Alexandria then joined ManpowerGroup in 2011 as a Staffing Specialist Intern before being promoted to the role of On-Site Supervisor at Northwestern Mutual. In 2013, they joined A. O. Smith Corporation as a Human Resources Generalist and worked their way up to become a Human Resources Manager. In June 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Human Resources at A. O. Smith Corporation.
