Marcos Esterman

Marcos Esterman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and academia. Currently serving as the Enterprise Excellence Manager in Product Design Engineering at A. O. Smith Corporation since July 2022, Esterman has held multiple academic positions at Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2022, including Professor and Director of Graduate Programs in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at HP in research and development as well as manufacturing and quality engineering, and at GE Healthcare as a developmental engineer. Esterman holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, along with both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
