Michael Sierocki

Michael Sierocki has extensive experience in technical services and quality management, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Services at A. O. Smith Corporation since February 2007. Key responsibilities include overseeing product development, quality assurance, and environmental reporting, while leading project management functions that have resulted in significant warranty claim reductions and improvements in manufacturing efficiency. Prior to this role, Michael was the Quality Manager/Design Engineer, where successful initiatives included maintaining high on-time delivery rates and zero non-conformances during ISO audits. Michael also has experience as a Research Associate at Magni Industries, Inc., focusing on the analytical evaluation of coatings. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Michigan Technological University.
