Nicole Adrian

Nicole Adrian is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and internal communications. Currently serving as Communications Manager at A. O. Smith Corporation, Nicole focuses on internal communications, event planning, and video development since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole spent over a decade at Bader Rutter, progressing through various positions from Public Relations Account Executive to Group Leader, Public Relations, where responsibilities included PR strategy, media relations, and mentoring team members for notable accounts such as Case IH and Eastman Chemical Company. Nicole also has a background in journalism, having worked as a reporter for Community Newspapers Inc. and served as an editor for ASQ publications.
