Clark Kilgore

Vice President DoD Programs, System Safety and Test Division at A-P-T Research

Clark Kilgore began their career in 1990 as an Engineer at McDonnell Douglas. In 1996, they moved to Cummins Power Generation as an Operations Manager. Clark then moved to Core Communications in 1997, also as an Operations Manager. In 2000, they joined APT (A-P-T Research, Inc.) as Vice President DoD Programs, System Safety and Test Division. Clark later became Director of Missiles and Technology Division, where they served as Program Manager for Missile Defense Agency Safety contract, managing a workforce of 25+ Engineers spread across the country and establishing and maintaining multimillion dollar budgets. Additionally, they were MiDAESS Contract Deputy Program Manager, leading contractor for System Level safety efforts within MDA. Finally, they were Senior System Safety Engineer/Customer Manager.

Clark Kilgore obtained a BS in Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 1983 and 1990. Clark then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Project Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Clark also holds a Security+ certification.
