Nikki Giovanni H, M/DBA, MSM, CPhT has a wealth of work experience. From 2005 to 2012, they were the Owner of Nik's Entrepreneurial Service, LLC, a professional and e-commerce services company. During this period, they were also the Lead Instructor and CPhT of the Pharmacy Technician Program at Ross Education, LLC, where they launched the program from the ground up, including curriculum writing, copy editing, module reviews, and mock pharmacy (clean room) set up. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Program Chair and Faculty Member at the School of Business and Project Management at ITT Technical Institute, where they managed programs and instructional staff, ensured proper instruction and delivery of curricula, and communicated performance expectations to instructional staff. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Tax Expert, Team Lead, Manager's Assistant, and Tax Specialist at Intuit. Most recently, they have been the VP of Finance and Administration at A Pass Educational Group, LLC since 2017.
