Steven Feero

Steven Feero has over two decades of work experience in various roles within the technology and digital product management field. Steven is currently serving as the Director of Product, Lead Management at A Place for Mom since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal, Digital Consultant & Strategist at Fresh Online Designs since January 2004. Steven also held the position of Director of Product, Enterprise Digital at Travelers from September 2018 to May 2021. Before that, they worked at Cigna as a Sr. Digital Product Manager, Innovative Solutions from December 2016 to June 2018, and as a Manager Product Innovation, Retail Solutions from June 2014 to December 2016. From July 2012 to June 2014, they served as the Director of Product Innovation, Enterprise at Magellan Health Services. Additionally, they have prior experience working at The Hartford Financial Services Group as a Strategic Innovation Manager, Corporate Innovation Studio from November 2010 to June 2012, as a Business Program Manager, Product Model Office from January 2008 to October 2010, and as a Sr. Architect, Personal Insurance from May 1999 to December 2007. Steven began their career at Provado Communications as the Director of Operations, Sales Support, Solution Integrator from February 1998 to April 1999, and at Telog Corporation as the Operations Director, Sales Engineer, Solution Integrator from January 1993 to February 1998.

Steven Feero has a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Hartford. Additionally, they have an Associate's of Science in Electrical Engineering (ASEE) from Waterbury State Technical College. In April 2018, they obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc.
