April Palma

April Palma has had extensive work experience in the field of accounts payable. April started their career in 2012 at Accenture as an Accounts Payable Transaction Processing New Associate. In this role, they provided support and query resolution to clients and vendors, analyzed vendor account problems, and communicated findings to their lead. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as an Accounts Payable Transaction Processing Associate, where they independently edited and proofread their work, handled escalated requests, and provided urgent resolutions by collaborating with internal team members. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Accounts Payable Transaction Processing Subject Matter Expert, where they created training plans and assessments for new team members, trained new joiners, and guided them during production go-live. Additionally, they have been working at AS White Global since 2023 as an Accounts Payable Officer.

April Palma earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Makati from 2008 to 2012.
