Luis A. Mafra is the Head of Business Development Eurasia at A-to-Be by Brisa Group. With a background in business development, sales, and telecommunications, Luis has held various leadership positions in companies such as Thales, Refer Telecom, and Siemens. Luis is currently focused on developing projects related to sales & business telecom, encryption, GDPR, cybersecurity, ISO 27001, maritime solutions, and tourism and outdoor activities. Luis holds a Master of Science in Power Electronics and an Engineering Degree in Electronic Systems and Computers from Instituto Superior Técnico.
