Melanie Laschet, currently serving as the Head of Intelligent Automation Ecosystem & DevOps at A1 Telekom Austria AG since January 2008, specializes in transformative automation solutions that merge advanced technologies with strategic process optimization. With a proven track record in multiple roles including RPA Delivery Lead, Digital Strategist, and Corporate Project Manager, Melanie has significantly contributed to the organization through the development and execution of comprehensive digitalization projects as well as managing the Automation Ecosystem and tool licensing. Prior experience includes positions as Senior IT Business Analyst at Selbstständig bei Mobilkom Austria and Senior Business Analyst at tele.ring telekom service gmbh. Recently, Melanie completed a Sustainable Leadership Masterclass in May 2023.
