Kelly Grygiel has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Kelly began their career at Lee Blake Precision Machine, where they served as the Customer Service Manager and Office Administrator for two years. Kelly then worked at Libra Industries Inc. of Michigan as a Purchasing professional, handling inventory management and collaborating with sales teams. In 2009, Kelly joined the Michigan Department of Corrections as a Departmental Technician, responsible for data analysis, healthcare information management, and HR liaison duties. Kelly later took on the role of Dept. Analyst within the same department, overseeing litigation coordination and statewide performance improvement projects. Kelly then joined the Michigan Department of Corrections as Departmental Analyst - Contract Monitor, specializing in contract management and compliance. In 2019, they moved to Northwest Community Schools as the Director of Compliance and Communications, overseeing compliance matters and communication initiatives. Recently, they joined American 1 Credit Union as the Vice President of Marketing and Community Partnership.
Kelly Grygiel attended Northwest High School from 1997 to 2001. Kelly then pursued their higher education at Jackson College from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business and Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Following that, Kelly Grygiel enrolled at Central Michigan University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Organization Management and Communications in 2018. In addition to their Bachelor's degree, Kelly Grygiel also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Leadership and Marketing at Central Michigan University.
