Nadya Knysh has a comprehensive work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Tutor for Belaruski Dzjaržauny Universitet Informatyki i Radyjoelektroniki, teaching Java. In 2013, they joined a Software Development Company as a QA Engineer and later became a QA Project Manager and Senior Project Manager/QA Unit Manager, leading teams and managing projects. During this time, they gained skills in team management, project management, QA processes, and quality assessment. In the same year, they also worked at Kanda Software as a QA Consultant. In 2013, they became the Managing Director at A1QA, responsible for implementing company policies and directing strategies for profitable growth. Nadya also served as the Head of Agile Testing Department, managing a team of over 65 QA engineers and overseeing project management, process setup, and quality assessment. Since 2016, Nadya has been the Chief Executive Officer at Itransition US, where they manage the company's key clients and partners, leads the pre-sale process, and oversees local team management. In 2020, they also joined Forbes Technology Council as an Official. Nadya's work experience demonstrates their expertise in QA, project management, team leadership, and strategic direction.

Nadya Knysh began their education in 2005 at the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. Nadya pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Economics, and Management and completed their studies in 2010. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Informatics, Management, and Modeling, which they completed in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Nadya Knysh holds certifications in various fields. In 2010, they obtained the ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualification Board. Later in 2014, they became a Certified Scrum Master, certified by the Scrum Alliance.
