Alice Khramova

Alice Khramova has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were an English interpreter for A Foreign Affair and a French interpreter for Magram Market Research. From 2013 to 2015, they were a French language teacher and cultural manager at Alliance Française de Zaporojie, where their responsibilities included teaching French levels A1-C1, organizing international exams, and managing public relations and content. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Support Agent at Ecommerce, LLC, providing customer relations and technical support for web hosting. Finally, from 2018 to present, they have been a Technical Support Team Lead at A2 Hosting, managing the day-to-day support team workflow, monitoring performance, and handling quality reports and statistics.

Alice Khramova completed their undergraduate degree in Magistr from the Zaporožskiy National University in 2014, majoring in French Philology. Alice also completed a Master 1 in Didactique du FLE from Le Mans Université in 2014. In 2008, they completed a niveau 2-11 from Ecole des Roches.
