Yini Chen

Yini Chen's work experience includes being a Marketing Excellence and Strategy Associate Director at The a2 Milk Company since 2022. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Strategic Planning Manager at 百胜中国. From 2015 to 2021, Yini worked at Advancy as a Manager from 2019 to 2021, a Senior Consultant in 2018, a Consultant in 2017, and a Junior Consultant from 2015 to 2016. Yini also had an internship as a Capital Market Intern at HSBC France S.A. in 2014 and a Finance Intern at 通用电气资本公司 in 2012-2013.

Yini Chen completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2015, as part of an exchange study program.
