Luigi Pellegrini

Luigi Pellegrini is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and lean management, currently serving as Senior Manager for the Group Operational Excellence Program Development at a2a since July 2019. Previously, Luigi held the position of Manager of Operational Excellence at ABB, leading strategic improvement projects and ensuring the application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across various processes. Prior to ABB, Luigi worked as a Senior Consultant for Lean Management and Industry 4.0 at STAUFEN.ITALIA, focusing on process and leadership excellence consulting. Luigi's career began at Atlas Copco, where roles included Lean Manager and Industrialization & Lean Manufacturing Team Leader, with responsibilities in lean manufacturing and supply chain effectiveness. Luigi holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
