Sanam Shafaat Talab, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research. Sanam is currently a Scientist at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School from January 2020 to April 2021. Sanam also served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute from November 2018 to April 2021. In addition, they gained experience as a Research Assistant at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute in 2011 and at the University of Tabriz from 2009 to 2010.

Sanam Shafaat Talab, Ph.D. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Tehran in 2008. Sanam then went on to pursue a Master's degree at Simon Fraser University from 2011 to 2013. Sanam completed their educational journey at Simon Fraser University by earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology from 2013 to 2018.
