Group Consolidation And Reporting Manager

Mission

To build, develop and manage the A2MAC1 Consolidation and Reporting team (French Gaap Consolidation)

To develop groupwide processes and deploy tools to maximise efficiencies and automate where possible

Ensure all consolidation and reporting is performed to deadlines

Assist in other Finance Team developments as required

Activity

-        Build, develop and manage the A2MAC1 Consolidation and Reporting team as we move from outsourced provider

-        Consolidation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial results of the Group’s subsidiaries for both legal and management purposes and ensure the legal requirements of all jurisdictions are met.

-        Coordination of the group wide close process to ensure timely consolidation of results.

-        Liaison with auditors regarding the year end consolidation.

-        Performing a quarterly consolidation for bank covenant purposes.

-        Preparation of initial financial reports for management, highlighting main variances, prior to further analysis by F, P & A team.

-        Assist in financial analysis of Group results.

-        Assist in the development of reporting tools to improve internal reporting.

-        Coordinating with all teams and ensuring good communication between parties.
