Mahesh Iyer

Mahesh Iyer has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Mahesh is the Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Digital Dialogue, where they provide consulting and strategic services to help companies achieve significant revenue growth and operational efficiency. Mahesh is also the author of a self-help book, "Self Help Junkie to Action Hero: The No Nonsense Guide to Real Transformation," which provides practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving personal growth. Additionally, they have been a podcast host and a popular speaker, focusing on topics such as outsourcing, talent solutions, and sales innovation. Mahesh has also held leadership positions at RevOps Co-op, RevGenius, AA-ISP, Angel Funding, GLG, HighRadius, Oorwin, Intrigue Summit, and Monster, where they were responsible for driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.

Mahesh Iyer completed their primary and secondary education at Bharati Vidyapeeth from 1988 to 1993. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at N.G. Bedekar College of Commerce from 1994 to 1996. In the same period, Mahesh also enrolled in Aptech Computer Education, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Application specializing in Computer Software Engineering from 1994 to 1997.

Later on, in 2015, Mahesh attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed the Executive Program in Business Management (EPBM) in Business Administration and Management. In 2022, they pursued a Financial Technology (Fintech) Innovations Specialization at the University of Michigan.

In 2023, Mahesh earned a Certification in Digital Transformation from the Indian School of Business, as well as a Certification in Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera. Mahesh then undertook a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics at Lovely Professional University from 2023 to 2025.

Additionally, Mahesh obtained several certifications, including one in Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in February 2023, a certification in The Future of Payment Technologies from the University of Michigan in July 2022, and another certification in EPBM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Mahesh also completed a Global Business Management Programme called Pinnacle from Polaris Software Lab Ltd in July 2011.
