Roberta Elguezabal

Roberta Elguezabal is an experienced Insurance Service Specialist at the Automobile Club of Southern California, having transitioned to the Auto Club Redlands Branch in 2016 after initially serving in the Insurance Policy Management Group at the Los Angeles Headquarters. With a focus on maintaining and facilitating changes to member policies, Roberta also managed payment collections and arrangements. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at Home Depot, where excellent customer service and sales skills were developed, and previous work as a Debt Collector at Citi, where Roberta provided customer education and payment encouragement. Roberta attended East Los Angeles College from 1992 to 1994.
