Debra L. Lally Cae

Debra L. Lally, CAE has extensive experience in various leadership and executive roles. Debra L. is currently serving as the Executive Director / CEO at AACE International, where they manage the day-to-day operations and works closely with the Board of Directors on strategic planning and objective setting. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President of Professional Development & Member Advancement at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, where they oversaw workforce development initiatives and collaborated with external stakeholders. Previously, they held positions at AHRA: The Association for Medical Imaging Management, Wiley-Blackwell, Blackwell Publishing, MeansBusiness, and Addison Wesley / Pearson Education, gaining expertise in publications, communications, and editing.

Debra L. Lally, CAE pursued their undergraduate education starting from 1994 to 1998 at Syracuse University. During this time, they earned a BA degree with a major in history. Additionally, in 1996, they briefly attended University College Dublin, where they focused on Irish Studies.
