Penny Whoolery

Penny Whoolery is a seasoned professional in the field of certification and membership, currently serving as the Director of Certification & Membership at AACE International since January 2010. AACE International, established in 1956, supports over 10,000 members and certificants globally through its Certification Institute. Previously, Penny held various leadership roles at the Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards, including President from March 2013 to March 2016, where the organization recognized the expertise of engineering professionals through specialty certification.
