Currently serving as the Learning Excellence Director at AACN, Herb collaborates with senior leadership to drive departmental initiatives. Prior to this role, Herb held positions at Deloitte, J.D. Power and Associates, and their own consulting firm, where Herb led various research and industry analytics projects. With a background in English literature and creative writing, Herb brings a unique perspective to their work in the business world.
