Erik Kratzer

Erik Kratzer has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Erik is currently the Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations at Aadi Bioscience, Inc, a role they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at the same company from February 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Aadi Bioscience, Inc, Erik worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Principal Engineer from November 2019 to February 2020, focusing on the development and commercialization of finished drug product manufacturing processes. Erik also has extensive experience at Celgene, where they held various positions such as Principal Engineer, Manager of Commercial Product Development, and Technology Transfer Leader from 2010 to 2019. Erik's earlier experience includes roles at Abraxis Bioscience, Baxter, Ecolab, Steamgard, and UIC.

Erik Kratzer completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020. Erik also earned an Advanced Certificate in Applied Statistics from the same institution from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they studied Chemical Engineering and obtained an M.S. degree from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2003 to 2006. Erik'sundergraduate studies were in Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1996 to 2002, where they earned a B.S. degree.
