Shaju Stephen

Shaju Stephen is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director at AADYAH Aerospace Private Limited. He also holds the title of Mentor at TECVERGE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Shaju has a background in investing in renewable energy projects and related technology companies, as seen in his role as an Investment Manager at Masdar/Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company. He has extensive experience in engineering, construction, and systems integration for various sectors, showcased during his time as Managing Director & CEO at SENER India. Shaju's expertise extends to scouting for international water technology companies for investment, as a Partner at SnS Ventures JLT. He also has experience in senior management roles at companies like WinWinD Oy, Torresol Energy Investments, Mubadala, Auriga-Nest, and NeST. Shaju is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education program and holds an MBA from the University of Hull.
