Kaltrina Avdiaj

Kaltrina Avdiaj has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Student Assistant at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2018. Kaltrina then interned as a Human Resources Intern at UPS in 2019, followed by another Student Assistant position at Fontys University of Applied Sciences until early 2020. After that, they joined AAEON Europe as a Sales Support Intern and later became a Sales Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Coordination Team Leader at AAEON Europe.

From 2016 to 2020, they attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business.

In 2018 and 2019, they studied at ESIC Business & Marketing School, earning a Minor in Business Administration and Management.

In 2014 and 2015, Kaltrina Avdiaj attended Athénée Royal d’Evere, where they obtained a Certificat d'enseignement secondaire supérieur (CESS) in General Secondary Education.

From 2012 to 2014, they attended Petro Nini Luarasi, completing the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Participation in the Summer School 2019 from St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, a Certificate of Participation: International Marketing Week 2018 from EPHEC, and a Completion of an International Business Corridor project from Oulu University of Applied Sciences, among others.
