Raymundo Salgado

Raymundo Salgado has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Raymundo most recently served as the Operations Director at AAK since December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Plant General Manager at Hongos de Mexico S.A de C.V / MONTEBLANCO GROUP from June 2017 to November 2018. Raymundo also worked as the Production Manager at Kraft Heinz from June 2016 to May 2017. Earlier in their career, they held various managerial roles at Barry Callebaut and Unilever de Mexico S.A de C.V., including Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager for different product lines. Raymundo has a proven track record in overseeing production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and human resources functions.

- From 1984 to 1988, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey where they obtained a degree in Biochemical Engineering with a focus on Food Processing.

- From 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.

- Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are pursuing a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
