Nick Narodny is the founder and CEO of Aalto, a software company that helps businesses automate their social media marketing. Nick has over ten years of experience in the tech industry, including stints at Grovo, Clickable, and Jefferies.

Narodny graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 2006 with a degree in finance. Nick began their career working in aerospace mergers and acquisitions at Jefferies, before moving into the software industry. In 2009, they joined Clickable as head of sales and marketing. Clickable was acquired by Syncapse in 2010.

In 2010, Narodny co-founded Grovo, a learning platform for businesses. Grovo was acquired by Cornerstone on Demand in 2017. During their time at Grovo, Narodny helped the company grow from a startup to a Fortune 500 company. Nick was also named one of the best CEOs in America by Glassdoor in 2016.

Narodny is a thought leader in the tech industry and has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, and Inc. Nick is passionate about helping businesses grow and scale using technology.

Nick Narodny earned their BS in Business Administration and Management from Boston College. Nick then went on to earn their MBA in Finance from the same school.
