Allen's career highlights include implementing holistic management approaches, driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity, and leading lean initiatives across various manufacturing settings. Allen holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership & Organizational Change from Walden University and multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management from Tiffin University.
