Pattie Bondurant DNP, RN has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Pattie currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Vascular SafeGuard since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at Synova Associates LLC starting in June 2021. Pattie also worked as the Chief Quality & Transformation Officer at TransForm Healthcare Consulting starting in March 2014. Pattie was an Executive Board Member at the Institute for Pediatric Innovation from September 2016. Additionally, they contributed their expertise to the American Academy of Pediatrics as part of the AAP NICU Levels of Care Verification Leadership Team starting in October 2015. Pattie previously served as the Chief Quality & Patient Safety Officer at UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY HOSPITALS, KENTUCKY CLINIC, from October 2018 to April 2022. Pattie also held the CEO position at Greenwood Solutions from February 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the Vice President for Nursing, The Newborn Center and The Pavilion for Women at Texas Children's Hospital from March 2013 to July 2015. Pattie was also the Beacon Program Executive Director at HealthBridge from December 2010 to April 2013. Pattie's extensive experience in nursing includes roles such as Senior Clinical Director, NICU and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center from 2001 to 2010 and 1997 to 2001, respectively.

Pattie Bondurant DNP, RN holds a Master of Nursing (MN) degree in Clinical Nurse Specialist, Pediatrics from the University of Washington, School of Nursing. Pattie obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Skidmore College. Furthermore, they earned their Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Executive and Systems Leadership from Waynesburg University, School of Nursing.
