Colleen Hurley MSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, IBCLC has extensive experience in the healthcare field. Colleen currently serves as a NICU Lactation Specialist and Educator at Chester County Hospital/Penn Medicine. Prior to this, they worked as a S.T.A.B.L.E program Instructor at S.T.A.B.L.E and as a Staff Nurse and IBCLC at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System. Colleen also holds the position of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) at the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners® (IBLCE®). In addition to their clinical work, they have served as a Perinatal Bereavement Coordinator at Resolve Through Sharing at Gundersen Health System and as a Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Colleen's expertise spans various areas of neonatal care and lactation consulting.

Colleen Hurley MSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, IBCLC received their first bachelor's degree in Nursing Practice from Widener University, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. After a gap of almost 25 years, they further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Nursing Education from Immaculata University, studying from 2015 to 2018.
