Joshua Klemann

Joshua Klemann, MBA, CPSM has a diverse work experience in the supply chain and procurement industry. Joshua is currently working as a Supply Chain Director at AAR since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Stark Tech Group as a Director of Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain from August 2020 to September 2023. Before joining Stark Tech Group, Joshua worked at Ivoclar Vivadent AG as a Procurement Manager from October 2014 to August 2020. Joshua also has experience as a Material Manager & Master Production Scheduler at HDM Hydraulics, a Ligon Company, from September 2013 to October 2014. Earlier in their career, Joshua held multiple roles at M.A.C. Cosmetics, including Global Brand Supply Chain Manager from May 2011 to September 2013. Joshua was responsible for coordinating and managing new product launches. Joshua also worked at Estee Lauder as a Production Supervisor from September 2006 to May 2011 and as a Distribution Supervisor from October 2005 to September 2006. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills and implemented process improvements.

Joshua Klemann, MBA, CPSM completed their undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management & Finance at Syracuse University from 2001 to 2005. Joshua then pursued their MBA with a specialization in International Business at Hofstra University from 2008 to 2011.
