Jennifer Backus possesses extensive experience in account management and corporate sales within the travel industry. Currently serving as Manager of Global Accounts at Air Canada since September 2014, Jennifer is responsible for enhancing market share and profitability through strategic sales initiatives and relationship management. Previous roles at Air Canada include Corporate Sales Manager for Global Accounts, where focus centered on developing corporate contracts and aligning strategies with business objectives. Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked at HRG North America as a Business Account Manager, managing a diverse client portfolio and contributing to sales processes at a national level. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Women Studies from Trent University and a diploma in the Travel Counsellor Program from Centennial College.
