Nicole Colen

Nicole Colen has a strong background in human resources, with experience at AAR CORP., Motorola Mobility (a Google Company), and Motorola, Inc. Nicole held various positions throughout their career, including Vice President of Human Resources at AAR CORP., where they were responsible for overseeing the company's human resources department. Prior to that, they served as Group Vice President of Human Resources and Group Director of Human Resources at AAR CORP. Nicole also worked at Motorola Mobility, where they held the role of Director of Global Diversity, Compliance & Employee Relations. In this role, they led the company's diversity strategy and served as a business HR partner. Additionally, Nicole had a previous role at Motorola, Inc. in human resources, where they worked for over a decade.

Nicole Colen completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from DePaul University College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 1995.
