Stephanie Lovinger Roseman (she/her/hers) has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and leadership roles. Their most recent experience includes serving as the Vice President, HR Operations at AAR, where they will start in 2023. Prior to that, they have been a Member at Chief since 2023. Stephanie has also held significant positions at Allstate, where they served as the Vice President, People Solutions and Experience, responsible for leading HR operations, employee experience, and HR technology teams. Stephanie Lovinger has also worked as the Vice President, Human Resources Business Services, and Director, Workforce Relations at Allstate.
